Easy Neck/Shoulder/Back Pain Stretches

You don’t have to be a Yogi to benefit from these stretches. If you’re experiencing a lot of back, shoulder and neck pains, follow this quick and easy 20-minute stretch (I don’t want to say exercise because I know it sounds daunting…) video.

I’ve tried several videos to help relieve my sore spots but this one is my absolute favorite.  Cole Chance from YOGATX is an awesome instructor. Not once have I had to fast forward to get past any unnecessary talking bits. Though, I love her point about our culture in being so “in front of us”.
